C.J. Carlisle Coldwater Michigan Fishing Floats

It appears C.J. Carlisle dealt with most of the old school sportingoods and hardware trade houses. Their Postcard mentions Nearly a million sold each year. It's no wonder they sold so many with connections to these marketing giants. Belknap ,W. Bingham, Bostwick Braun, Buhl & Sons, Faber Bros. ,Morley Bros., Michigan Hardware, Oosterhouse, Tracy-Wells, Edw. K. Tryon, Van Camp, and Wayne Hardware. When I get some time, I'll dig in and see if C.J. Carlisle had any connection to the famed fishing lure maker the Coldwater Bait Company also from Coldwater Michigan. Coldwater Bait Company not only sold classic old lures likethe Coldwater King and Ghost, They sold a ton of fishing floats. I'm thinking there is a possible connection.
